Common questions

Straight answers about compliance support.

If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out — I'm happy to explain how this works for your specific practice.

Why not just use a national compliance company?
National companies can be excellent for templates and broad coverage, but they rarely know your office, your team, or North Carolina's specific requirements. I can stop by, answer texts quickly, and adjust to how your practice actually runs.
Do you only work in Jacksonville?
Jacksonville is my home base, but I regularly serve practices in Onslow, Carteret, Craven, Pender, New Hanover, and surrounding counties. Remote consultations are also available for offices outside my travel range.
How is this different from a one-time audit?
Audits are useful, but compliance is ongoing. I offer recurring visits, staff training, manual updates, and quick check-ins so your practice stays ready — not just on audit day.
Can you help a brand-new dental office?
Absolutely. New practices need policies, training, safety manuals, and inspection readiness from the start. I can build your compliance foundation so you open with confidence.
What if we already have some compliance materials?
Most offices do. I'll review what you have, fill the gaps, update anything outdated, and make sure it all works together — without starting from scratch.
What services do you offer?
I provide annual OSHA training, infection control audits, mock OSHA inspections, HIPAA reviews, radiation safety documentation, new employee onboarding, OSHA manual updates, monthly or quarterly compliance visits, and emergency preparedness drills.
How do I get started?
The easiest first step is a brief consultation. Tell me about your practice, your concerns, and your timeline, and I'll recommend a simple next step — whether that's a full audit, a single training, or just a conversation.

Still have questions?

Let's talk through what's on your mind.

Most practices start with a short, no-pressure conversation. I'll listen, ask a few questions, and recommend the smallest useful step.
